Three in-person service centers in Huancayo province

The project featured three service centers, each staffed by professionals specializing in psychology, law, training, and operational support. Beneficiaries have access to individual and group therapy, guidance on filing complaints and requesting protective measures, self-esteem workshops, and vocational training in areas such as sewing, cooking, baking, and cosmetology. They also received support in developing business ideas and strengthening their economic independence.

Main beneficiaries of the project

"Mujer y Voz" seeks not only to address situations of violence but also to provide support throughout the entire recovery process. When a woman strengthens her self-esteem, learns about her rights, and gains the tools to generate her own income, she also improves her children's lives, regains her ability to make decisions, and begins to build a more secure future. The project directly reached 900 women, benefited 1,200 children and family members, and raised awareness among 600 members of the communities involved.

The goal is for 80% of the participants to improve their self-esteem and emotional well-being, while 90% strengthen their personal and community support networks. Beyond offering temporary assistance, ASDEN seeks to help each woman regain her voice, recognize her worth, and find real opportunities to begin a new chapter alongside her family.
